When it comes to government websites, Drupal is everywhere. In 2021, around 56% of the world’s government websites relied on Drupal. Numerous case studies illustrate the profound technical benefits of choosing Drupal. Serving both national governments and local administrative divisions, Drupal has a proven track record as a reliable, cost-efficient framework for websites of varying scales.

Belgium-born Drupal founder Dries Buytaert is a pioneer in the open-source web publishing and digital experience platform space. In his traditional Driesnote at DrupalCon Singapore 2024, he presents an update on the project and Drupal's development.

Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani's presentation from a talk on India's #DigitalTransformation over the last 15 years led by the many #DigitalPublicInfrastructure (DPIs).
