Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani's presentation from a talk on India's #DigitalTransformation over the last 15 years led by the many #DigitalPublicInfrastructure (DPIs). In the presentation, Nandan attempts to join the dots and present the bigger picture, saying that it is a testament to the great work done by the government and our entrepreneurs. The presentation has been released under a Creative Commons license.

Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is about enabling a technology-led model for a nation’s growth that is collaborative, equitable, and democratises opportunity at population scale. It is based on a design strategy with layered building blocks, and an innovation ecosystem. Professor Ngaire Woods hosts Nandan Nilekani who will share the journey of India’s digital transformation using DPI.

This session is a more focused deep dive on specific aspects of DXP and content that are most compelling to a whole of government implementation on GovCMS.

Phillipa and Suchi worked on two projects in 2022 that combined Drupal and Rules as Code (RaC). This presentation will provide a quick overview of both projects, before moving into the technical solution. Salsa built an OpenFisca Drupal module to integrate OpenFisca with a Drupal webform.

This presentation will review the recent advancements in generative AI and demonstrate how they can be used in the context of Drupal to provide assistance to editors and creators in Drupal as they carry out their editorial tasks.
